Abstract

An analysis of the UK Terrorism Act 2000 which completely reformed the laws concerning prevention of terrorism in the United Kingdom. The author notes that the legislation applies to any terrorist activity in the UK and aboard but refers to acts of terrorism rather than terrorist activities as such.
