Report on a conference on Legal Protection of the Mentally ill which took place at Maseru, Lesotho on 30July – 1 August 2001 and an account of a presentation given by Graham Ritchie, Director of the International Professional Training and Research Unit (IPTRU) at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies.
