Abstract

Jonathan Mitchell (Barrister and member of the Advisory Board of the European Criminal Bar Association) looks at what has been happening with defence rights in the UK and contrasts and compares that with what is happening elsewhere in Europe, particularly following from implementations of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
