Abstract

In this paper Arlie Loughnan (ARC Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Faculty of Law, University of Sydney) provides an outline of how a study of criminal responsibility norms and practices in the twentieth century might appear. Views of criminal responsibility are set in the context of extra legal developments and socio-historical dimensions through an approach testing an analogy with Cubist painting sensibility.
