Abstract

In this paper Joaquín Sarrión Esteve (IALS Visiting Fellow; Assistant Professor, University of Valencia) aims to identify the fundamental rights involved in the treatment  of DNA data, and particularly in the exchange of it between EU Member States in order to obtain valid DNA evidence for national criminal proceedings.
