David J. Harvey

Abstract

Judge David J. Harvey considers the difficulties that arise with applying physical concepts of search to the intangible environment of the digital world. Index words: New Zealand; Search and Surveillance Act 2012; remote search; extraterritorial searches; search warrant; mutual legal assistance; disposal of forensic copies of data.
