Bank and credit cards in Turkey: an outline of the criminal law

Abstract

Murat Volkan Dülger outlines the amendments to the legislation in relation to the provision of effective remedies and criminal offences in line with technological developments, and indicates that there is a need for lawyers and judges to reconsider some aspects of the legislation.
