Abstract

In this article Graham Zellick CBE, QC, AcSS, Emeritus Professor of Law in the University of London, describes and comments on the titles accorded to Supreme Court justices and the Court's policy on judicial and barrister's costume. The author criticises the absence of any public discussion of these matters and considers some issues in relation to judicial titles and dress generally.
