Brief comment on the legislative programme to modernise company law in the UK, particularly in the light of the Final Report of the Company Law Review Steering Committee 2001by company law expert Professor A.J. Those who contribute items to Amicus Curiae retain author copyright in their work but are asked to grant two licences.
