In the light of fundamental changes proposed in relation to competition law in Europe in 2000, Professor Christopher Bovis, Jean Monnet Chair of European and Business law at the University of Central Lancashire, analyses present and future procedural competition law. Those who contribute items to Amicus Curiae retain author copyright in their work but are asked to grant two licences.
