Abstract

Profile of Dr Bruce Butcher, Visiting Senior Research Fellow in Company Law at the Institute. At the IALS his research centred around directors’ duties, financial services and corporate fraud, providing a comparative analysis of the ways in which Australian and English courts look at a number of competing interests within company law. Published in the Profile section of Amicus Curiae - Journal of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and its Society for Advanced Legal Studies. The Journal is produced by the Society for Advanced Legal Studies at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London.
