Abstract

Through secondary legislation the European Commission has been authorised to make decisions relating to the allocation and supervision of regional development aid. In this article the author considers whether any course of action exists where such decisions prove to have an adverse environmental effect. Article by Brian Jack (University of Wales, Aberystwyth) published in Amicus Curiae - Journal of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and its Society for Advanced Legal Studies.
