Abstract

Roderick O’Brien (an Australian lawyer teaching in China) reviews changes in the legal system in China looking at ongoing development of a legal profession and in particular the lawyers’ examination. Published in the Letter from … section of Amicus Curiae - Journal of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and its Society for Advanced Legal Studies.
