Abstract

The author, with reference to English case law, reviews questions of the extent to which a plaintiff is able to recover damages in tort for pure economic loss suffered due to the negligence of others. Article by Dr Paula Giliker (Barrister, Lecturer in Law at London Guildhall University) published in Amicus Curiae - Journal of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and its Society for Advanced Legal Studies.
