Abstract

The author assesses provision in the World Trade Organisation (WTO) system for interpreting and resolving matters concerning environmental issues in the international trade context. Article published in Amicus Curiae - Journal of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and its Society for Advanced Legal Studies.
