Abstract

Kimberely Anne McCoy (associate, Sullivan & Cromwell, New York) explains the debate in the USA about the Glass-Steagall Act 12 US Code (popular name of the Banking Act 1933 in the USA) and whether the long established legal division between commercial and investment banking in the United states should continue.
