Abstract

The author comments on the third edition of the code of banking practice, entitled The Banking Code, which came into effect on 1 July 1997. Article by Andrew Campbell (University of Wales, Aberystwyth) in Amicus Curiae - Journal of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and its Society for Advanced Legal Studies.
