Professor Mario Serio (University of Palermo) describes the Italian law no 52 of 26 February 1996 which implemented EC Directive 93/13 on abusive clauses with a series of additions to the Italian civil code. Published in the Letter from … section of Amicus Curiae - Journal of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and its Society for Advanced Legal Studies.
