Abstract

Professor Fletcher N. Baldwin Jr (University of Florida) considers the “All Funds” case – the US Supreme Court decision of 22 April 1996 to let stand the forfeiture of drug money beyond immediate jurisdiction – and its potential implications for prior safe haven bank accounts, access to the proceeds of crime and enabling international seizure.
