Abstract

Editorial comment by Julian Harris on the publication and reception of Lord Justice Leveson's four-volume report, An inquiry into the culture, practices and ethics of the press (November 29, 2012) which recommended the creation of an independent self-regulatory body underpinned by statute to regulate the press.
