In this article Professor Dr Ulrich Karpen (University of Hamburg Law School) explains the roles, remit and procedures of the Constitution of Kosovo, the Law on the Constitutional Court (CC) and its Rules of Procedure (RoP) and their interaction in regulating the pronouncement of decisions.
