Abstract

Julian Harris (Deputy General Editor, Amicus Curiae) gives an overview of continuing debate about the system of press regulation created by the Royal Charter following from recommendations in the Leveson report, including discussion on the roles and reception of the Press Recognition Panel, the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO) and the IMPRESS group.
