Abstract

Paola Chirulli (Professor of Administrative Law, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy; IALS Visiting Fellow 2015-16) examines the ways in which Boards of Appeal have become a significant feature of the European administrative system of protection of rights and suggests that they will continue to deserve scholarly attention in the future.
